A 25-year-old Blenheim man has been charged with driving impaired after practically hitting a tent in a Sarnia encampment.
In response to Sarnia police, the driving force went over a curb and skidded inside 5 toes from the tent in Rainbow Park which was occupied on the time.
The automobile ended up getting caught in a grassy space close by.
When officers arrived, they discovered the driving force holding an open liquor bottle as he exited the automobile. There have been reportedly a number of empty beer cans on the entrance seat.
The person was arrested and charged with impaired driving and refusing to offer a breath pattern.
His license was suspended for 90 days and his automobile was impounded for every week.
Police didn’t specify when the incident occurred.
