Burglar Targets Downtown Toronto Jeweller
In an audacious move, burglars hit up a lower-level unit within one of downtown Toronto’s jewellery buildings. The culprits forced open an entrance on the ground floor before quickly breaching an office belonging to wholesalers and making off with an undisclosed amount of unsecured goods left outside their safe. Even though alarms went off during their crime spree, they managed to vanish within just five minutes after entering. No additional details have been shared as yet.Burglaries Surge Along Queen Street East
A recent wave of burglaries at 55 Queen Street East in downtown Toronto has left local business owners feeling anxious. This January saw three separate break-ins reported-quite different from what used to be very low burglary rates in that area historically speaking. The first incident took place overnight between January 17 and 18 when burglars targeted a wholesale business situated on the third floor where items left out of safes were stolen away by thieves without much fuss made over opening anything locked up tight beforehand!
