A rapper from Hamilton known as Lil Ot. has been identified as the victim of a targeted shooting in Burlington.
Omar Niaz Muhammad, 24, was shot in the parking lot of the Burlington Centre last night (Feb. 9), and Halton Regional Police are looking for two suspects who drove away in an SUV.

Pursuing his career as Lil Ot., Muhammad released several songs through You Tube videos.
