2 Suspects Sought After Crash on Highway 401

Authorities are searching for two individuals who escaped the scene of a collision that occurred late Friday afternoon on Highway 401 in Ontario.

The OPP reports that the accident took place just before 5:30 p. m. in the eastbound lanes of Highway 401 close to Brock Road in Pickering.

A man and a woman, who were passengers in a Porsche involved in the incident, are thought to have fled on foot.

The driver is described as a Black man, around 22 years old, with black hair and wearing a black jacket. The passenger is a Black woman seen wearing a black vest over a pink shirt, and she had her hair styled in braids.

Last sightings show the woman heading south on Brock Road in Pickering while the man was last seen on Westney Road in Ajax.
