A Mississauga man has been arrested within the northeast United States in reference to a double murder in Vaughan practically two years in the past.
York Regional Police say 29-year-old Kensworth Alton Francis is charged with two counts of first-degree homicide and one rely of tried homicide within the deaths of Tosin Amos-Arowoshegbe, 25, of Toronto and Chibueze Momah, 22, of Mississauga.
One other woman was shot, however survived.

Francis was taken into custody by the U.S. Marshals Service in Hartford, Conn. earlier this week. Investigators are working with the Ministry of the Lawyer Normal to extradite him again to York Area.
Police say the arrest dates again to a deadly double taking pictures at a nightclub in Vaughan in July 2022. Officers discovered two males and a lady affected by gunshot wounds after an altercation. On the time, investigators stated the 2 males had been safety guards on the membership.
Police say they’ve been actively engaged on the investigation via the Bolo Program, with assist from the RCMP INTERPOL Fugitive Apprehension Help Crew and the US Marshals Service.
