Sheriff’s deputies arrested a man from Geneva on a driving while intoxicated charge after they discovered him unconscious at the wheel of a running vehicle in the Town of Waterloo.
Seneca County Sheriff Tim Thompson reported that the arrest took place around 6:22 p. m. on January 29 during a property check at Seneca Lake State Park.
After conducting an investigation, deputies concluded that Brinson was under the influence.
Brinson was taken into custody and later released with an appearance ticket.
He is expected to appear in Waterloo Town Court to face the charge.
