The North Pole Holiday Market has made its way to Ontario, starting on Nov. 14 in Oshawa, and for a short time, you can enjoy free entry.
This festive event, located just west of Oshawa Executive Airport, offers a unique domed village experience along with free outdoor movie nights and food trucks to celebrate the holiday season.
Visitors can treat themselves to a variety of gourmet seasonal goodies from local vendors like Coffee Igloo, the famous Beaver Tails, and Zombie Dawgs.
In addition to the delicious food options, guests can wander through the market and explore different vendor booths for some holiday shopping, admire light displays, and watch a free outdoor movie on weekends.
The North Pole Holiday Market will showcase two back-to-back showings of beloved holiday classics every Friday and Saturday. The first screening starts at 6:30 p. m., followed by another at 8:30 p. m., with a new film featured each time.
The market will also feature a Dome Village Holiday Market, which is a special section set up as a town of domes offering shopping spots, cozy relaxation areas, and even a fire pit.
The event runs from Nov. 14 to Jan. 4; however, the North Pole Holiday Market is hosting an early launch from Nov. 14 to Nov. 27 with free admission. After that date, there will be a $5 entry fee starting on Nov. 28.
The market opens every Friday from 6 p. m. to 11 p. m., Saturday from 9 a. m. to 11 p. m., and Sunday from 9 a. m. to 9 p. m. You can get your tickets now.
