KINGSTON, ON, Jan. 19, 2026 /CNW/ – City Flats Asset Management is excited to share that it has partnered with KEILTY Realty Management Inc. as the exclusive property manager for The Grove, a new rental community being built in Kingston’s west end.

The Grove. This site is located in Kingston’s rapidly growing west end and has recently been rezoned to accommodate five residential apartment buildings with up to 597 units total (CNW Group/KEILTY Realty Management)

The Grove is a five-phase residential project that will provide 410 quality rental apartments upon completion. Situated within the Centennial lands, the community aims to meet ongoing rental demand while setting a high standard for well-managed multifamily housing. The first building, The Cedar, is expected to welcome residents starting February 2027.

City Flats is well-regarded throughout Ontario for its comprehensive development and investment strategy, which includes land acquisition, entitlement, construction, leasing, and long-term asset management. The firm prioritizes disciplined execution, conservative underwriting practices, and creating long-term value through solid local partnerships.

KEILTY was chosen after a thorough review process due to its impressive 23-year history of providing stable property management across Ontario. Known for strong occupancy rates and transparent financial reporting, KEILTY also has scalable systems that ensure consistent service delivery. Their local presence and focus on execution align perfectly with City Flats’ approach to managing assets for the long term.

As the exclusive property manager, KEILTY will handle all daily operations at The Grove including leasing activities and resident relations as well as maintenance services and financial reporting in collaboration with City Flats. KEILTY’s goal is to deliver predictable performance while maintaining cost control and ensuring a professionally managed experience for residents from initial lease-up through stabilization.

“We are proud to be entrusted with the management of The Grove,” said Brandon Ackerman, Vice President, Rental Management at KEILTY. “City Flats has developed a strong blueprint for this community. Our role is to execute reliably, protect asset value, and deliver a consistent living experience that supports long-term success.”

About KEILTY Realty Management Inc.
