We are deeply saddened to share the news of David John Morton’s passing. He left us peacefully at home on Wednesday, October 1, 2025, at the age of 69.
He was a loving husband for 45 years to Margaret Morton and a devoted father to Richard (Stef) and Sheila (Jeff). David took great pride in being a grandfather to Nyx, Clara, and Abigail. He was also a caring brother to Robert (Marion), Barb, and June (Ken), as well as a brother-in-law to Diane (late Rob), Iain (Kim), and Brian (late Terry). Many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends will miss him dearly.
David will be remembered for his long career as a technician with IBM and his love for golf.
Cremation has already taken place. Family and friends are invited to join us for a Celebration of Life on Wednesday, November 5, 2025 from 4:00 p. m. to 7:00 p. m. at Windsor Chapel Banwell, located at 11677 Tecumseh Rd. E in Windsor.
In lieu of flowers, donations made in David’s memory to the Friends of Ojibway Prairie would be greatly appreciated.
