Due to worsening winter weather, the University of Guelph main campus will be closed on Thursday, Jan. 15.
Students, faculty, and staff currently on campus should be careful while leaving.
All campus events are canceled for the rest of today. Please contact event organizers directly if you have questions about rescheduling or changing the event.
All classes and labs (both in-person and remote) are canceled effective immediately for today. When the University reopens, instructors will provide details about rescheduled tests and assignments.

Impact on Campus
Only employees classified as essential workers under the Inclement Weather/Emergency Closing policy are required to report to work on-site. Employees who aren’t essential workers should – if possible – continue working remotely or switch to that option. Check with your manager or supervisor regarding expectations during today’s closure.
