This year in Mississauga – and everywhere else, of course – New Year’s Day falls on Thursday, Jan. 1, 2026.
While most businesses close on New Year’s Day each year, there are some exceptions.
To confirm your plans, it’s always a good idea to either call ahead or check online for any changes in hours or closures.
