Tina passed away on January 10th, 2026 at WRHN @ Chicopee (formerly known as Freeport Hospital) after a long illness at the age of 62.

She is survived by her loving husband John Forget, whom she was married to for 18 years, along with her children: Jody (Jeremy), Stacey, Jason (Alana), and Samantha (Fred). Tina will also be missed by her grandchildren: Colton, Chole, and Justin.

Tina leaves behind her sister Trish.
She was predeceased by her parents.

Tina had a passion for her plants and garden. All who knew her will feel the loss deeply.

A private cremation has taken place. Arrangements were made through Henry Walser Funeral Home, located at 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. A celebration of Tina’s life will be announced later.

If you would like to express your sympathy, donations to the WRHN Foundation-Cardiac Care and Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family (cards are available at the funeral home).
