LUCIANI, Donato
With heavy hearts, we share the news of Donato’s passing on September 30, 2025. A devoted Husband, Father, and Nonno, he left us peacefully at WRH, Ouellette Campus at the age of 86 years surrounded by his loving family. He was a cherished husband to Adriana (nee Perciballi), with whom he shared 55 wonderful years of marriage. Donato was a loving father to his children: David Luciani (Mary), Diana Luciani, and Lora Jendroski (Mike). He adored being a Nonno to his beloved grandchild, Chiara Luciani. He was predeceased by his parents Pietro and Filomena Luciani from Ripi, Italy. He is also survived by his brother Battista Luciani (Joan) of Michigan and remembered by his late brothers Santino Luciani (Valentina) and Armando Luciani (Franca) from Venezuela. Donato had a special bond with his brothers-in-law Paolo Perciballi (Gisa), Franco Perciballi (Anna Rita) from Boville Ernica, Italy, John Perciballi, and Andrea Perciballi also from Boville Ernica. Many fond memories will remain in the hearts of his cousins, nieces, nephews and extended family. He enjoyed gardening, reading the newspaper in the morning, playing cards, and making homemade wine. Watching Lazio play soccer and cheering for Scuderia Ferrari in Formula 1 races were among his favorite pastimes. Donato will be remembered as a simple man who found happiness in what life offered him. After retiring from Windsor Bumper and Perciballi Pools and Spas, he became an active member of the Ciociaro Club of Windsor. His unwavering love for family shone through along with a generous spirit towards friends and relatives alike. The Luciani family extends their heartfelt gratitude to Windsor-Essex EMS, Tecumseh O.
