TORONTO, ON / ACCESS Newswire / January 6, 2026 / ALST is excited to share that it has signed a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with a prominent university based in Toronto, Ontario. This agreement aims to explore the possible development of an Allstar Sports Centre on roughly 8 acres of land.

The NDA sets up a private framework for both parties to assess the feasibility, extent, and compatibility of a versatile sports and recreation facility intended to enhance athletic programming, foster community involvement, and meet long-term institutional demands. The envisioned Allstar Sports Centre is planned as a state-of-the-art facility that could cater to competitive sports, training sessions, events, and wider community activities.
