KELUSKY, Gwendolyn (née Kellar)
Gwendolyn Kelusky peacefully passed away at the Peterborough Regional Health Centre on Saturday, January 3, 2026, surrounded by her family. She was 77 years old. Gwen was the loving wife of the late Reg Kelusky and a devoted mother to Tracey Kelusky (Andrea), Lisa D’Altoe (John), and Emily Kelusky. She took great joy in her role as grandmother to Kelsey Mc Williams (Cole), Evan D’Altoe (Courtney Byers), and Kellar Kelusky. Her siblings Donna Mc Cormick, Gerald Kellar, Wayne Kellar (Linda), Gary Kellar, Bruce Kellar, Jackie Olmstead (Wayne), Roger Kellar (Lynda), Dean Kellar (Sue) will miss her deeply, along with her sister-in-law Dianne. Gwen will also be fondly thought of by her many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her sister Yvonne; brothers Earl and Cecil; parents George and Maggie; as well as sister-in-law Karrill.
The family invites you to join them for a Celebration of Life reception at HIGHLAND PARK FUNERAL CENTRE, located at 2510 Bensfort Road, Peterborough on Sunday, January 11, 2026, from 6:00-9:00 p. m. Additionally, there will be a summer gathering to celebrate Gwen’s life at the Kellar Farm in Bancroft-details to follow.
In honor of Gwen’s memory, the family would appreciate donations made to the Peterborough Minor Lacrosse Association (CHEQUES ONLY).
The Kelusky family extends their heartfelt thanks to the ER nurses and doctors as well as everyone on the Palliative Care team. Special recognition goes out to Dr. Morelli and Dr. Kean for your compassion and guidance during this challenging time. Your kindness will always be remembered.
