Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are looking into a five-vehicle accident that left six individuals injured over the weekend.
Shortly after 5:30 p. m. on Sunday, Lanark County OPP reported that their officers responded to a crash on Highway 7 in Innisville, Ont., just east of Perth.
Among those injured, three were taken to the hospital with injuries that could be life-threatening. According to an OPP news release on Monday, one person remained in life-threatening condition while the others have been treated and released from the hospital.
The ages of the victims varied from 17 to 78 years old, as noted by the OPP.

Highway 7 was closed for several hours during the investigation.
The cause of the accident is still unknown.
