The Kincardine Bulldogs have bolstered their blue line forward of the Provincial Junior Hockey League (PJHL) playoffs by signing former Owen Sound Assault defenseman Madden Steen.
The Guelph native brings three seasons of Ontario Hockey League (OHL) expertise, and Bulldogs GM Warren Beisel says Steen can be a key presence on and off the ice.
“(Madden) stands to strengthen our again finish as we conclude the common season this weekend and put together for the playoffs. His OHL expertise will profit your complete workforce, and his talent set will make us stronger in all three zones,” stated Beisel.
The transfer additionally carries a household connection. Madden’s father, Tim Steen, performed for Kincardine within the mid-’90s.
