Ontario’s police watchdog says they’re investigating after a 31-year-old woman died whereas within the custody of Hamilton police on Tuesday morning.
The Particular Investigations Unit (SIU) mentioned officers arrested the lady on Monday in relation to a number of failure to conform offences.
