Two folks have been killed in a three-vehicle head-on crash north of Elmvale.
Simply earlier than midday Saturday, Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a collision on County Street 27 between Flos Street 11 East and Baseline Street.
OPP say an 80-year-old man and a 77-year-old woman, each of Midland, have been pronounced lifeless on the scene, two others have been taken to an area hospital with non-life-threatening accidents, and one was transported to a Toronto space trauma centre.
Investigators are asking witnesses or anybody with video footage of the collision to contact OPP at 1-888-310-1122 or Crime Stoppers.
