Peterborough police are trying to find a suspect following a theft on Friday afternoon.
Officers responded to a financial institution within the Chemong Street and Wolsely Avenue space.
They allege the person entered the financial institution, threatening to burn it down and demanding cash.
The person was given money earlier than fleeing the scene.
He is described as a tall and skinny between 40 and 50 years previous.
Throughout the incident he was carrying a white plaid shirt, black pants, a darkish beanie with visor, sun shades, medical masks, black footwear and white vinyl gloves.
After the incident he was carrying a navy/black T-shirt, inexperienced cargo shorts, gray ball cap, black footwear with white soles and presumably a yellow and pink backpack
