A St. Catharines resident is going through second-degree homicide cost

On Thursday, October 10, 2024, at roughly 9:55pm, 1 District (St. Catharines/Thorold) uniform officers with the Niagara Regional Police Service attended the world of Niagara Avenue and Church Avenue within the Metropolis of St. Catharines for a stabbing.
Uniform officers and Niagara Emergency Medical Companies arrived on scene and positioned a male with life threatening accidents.
He was transported to an out of area hospital the place he was tragically pronounced deceased.
A suspect was rapidly recognized and arrested by uniform officers.
52-year-old Stephen Dunk of St. Catharines is going through Second-Degree Homicide cost.
Dunk is at the moment being held in custody pending a bail listening to on Friday October 11, 2024 on the Robert S.Ok. Courthouse within the Metropolis of St. Catharines.
