Handed away peacefully in her house, surrounded by her loving household on January 24, 2025, on the age of 90. Reunited along with her beloved husband of fifty years, Leo (2005). Loving mom of Marie, Françis, Phil (Heather), Joe (Giselle), Julie Lambier (Randy), Pauline (Jeff Weitschat), Monique Forshaw (Eric), Leo ‘Butch’ (Tamsin), Robert (Jacqueline Winand-Bacon), and J.P. (Erica). Devoted Mémé of David, Jacquie and Jennie; Aron, Ryan and Lauren; Brad and Chantelle; Keith, Laura, Jonathan and Randy; Cole; Alexandra, Maggie, Erica and Rose; Emma, Ash, Léo and Imogen; Michelle and Robert; Jordan, Genna and Rémi and nice Mémé of 23.5 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by her mother and father Réné and Laura (née Dufault). Pricey sister of late Lawrence St. Louis (late Maryanne), late Paul St. Louis (late Ann), Joe St. Louis (Janice), Jerome St. Louis (Bonnie), and Denise Maenpaa (Gary). She shall be missed by many nieces, nephews and prolonged household.
Yvonne taught at St. Antoine and Ste. Marguerite-d’Youville. Throughout her a few years of instructing, she impressed many younger lives. She was a member of the St. Anne’s Church Catholic Woman’s League. Yvonne loved many actions, and lived a wealthy and full life. Above all, her delight and pleasure was being along with her household.
Visitation will happen at WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME – Banwell Chapel, 11677 Tecumseh Rd. E. (519-253-7235) on Monday, February 10, 2025, from 2-5 pm and 7-9 pm. Catholic Girls’s League Prayers (CWL) at 3:00 pm. Household and buddies are invited to satisfy instantly at St. Anne Church (11223 Tecumseh Rd. E.) on Tuesday, February 11, 2025, for visitation from 10:00 am till time of Funeral Mass at 11:00 am. Interment to comply with at St. Anne’s Cemetery.
