Police say a person wished for homicide in a 2018 Toronto taking pictures that killed an up-and-coming rapper and a 28-year-old man has been arrested in Alberta.

RCMP in Airdrie, a metropolis simply north of Calgary, say the person tried and didn’t flee on foot after the automotive he was travelling in was pulled over for rushing and an unlawful window tint on Monday.

Police haven’t launched his identification as a result of he was below 18 on the time the alleged 2018 homicide.
