A person was critically injured in Wasaga Seashore early Sunday morning after reportedly being hit by a driver who fled the scene.
OPP say a bunch of pedestrians had been strolling on 68th Avenue North close to Shore Lane at round 5:30 a.m. when a car struck one among them and didn’t stay on the scene.
The 57-year-old Wasaga Seashore man who was struck suffered severe accidents and was airlifted by Ornge to a Toronto-area hospital.
OPP say the car concerned might have been a black Dodge RAM pickup truck with front-end injury, probably together with a damaged window.
Huronia West OPP are interesting to anybody who witnessed the incident and anybody who might have footage of it.
