A criminal offense story posted final week has led to the arrest of a person who Durham police say broke right into a Dollarama retailer in Oshawa.

Central West Division officers responded to a break-and-enter on the Dollarama, situated at 580 Laval Drive close to the Stevenson Highway Freeway 401 interchange, within the early hours of June 22. Police say a person smashed the entrance glass window of the enterprise with a rock earlier than coming into the shop.

The information reviews and the Assist Remedy a Crime request led police to the arrest of Krisdon Morse of Oshawa. Morse, 35, is charged with break-and-enter and fail to adjust to probation order.
