Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) say a Windsor man has been arrested after catching him with a stolen truck and suspected illicit medicine.
An officer from the Leamington detachment was on routine patrol shortly earlier than 3 a.m. on Thursday, and noticed the pickup truck within the space of Lutsch Road and Talbot Road East.
Officers from the Leamington, Kingsville, and Essex detachments labored with the Essex County Group Road Crime Unit to cease the motive force and arrest him.
