Human stays recognized as a person reported lacking in 2023: Sarnia police

SARNIA, Ont. — Police in Sarnia, Ont., say human stays discovered south of town final week have been recognized as a person who was reported lacking greater than a yr in the past, as three suspects stay in custody for his alleged homicide.

Police say the stays have been discovered within the space of Freeway 40 and Lasalle Line on Jan. 18, and the coroner’s workplace has now recognized them as belonging to 41-year-old Bradley James Ogilvie.

Police say Ogilvie was reported lacking in November 2023, when he was final seen leaving a home with three others who are actually accused of killing him.

Sarnia police say they deemed Ogilvie’s disappearance a murder in September 2024.

That month, three suspects have been arrested and charged with first-degree homicide after officers stated they executed a number of search warrants and forensically examined a car and residential.

Police say the suspects, two 45-year-olds from Aamjiwnaang First Nation and a 47-year-old from Sarnia, stay in custody.
