The Metropolis of Richmond Hill is happy {that a} renewal collective settlement with CUPE 905, the union representing greater than 200 of our staff, has been ratified.
This three-year collective settlement ends the CUPE 905 labour disruption.
The collective settlement consists of wage will increase of:
April 1, 2024 — 3.75 per cent
April 1, 2025 — 3.5 per cent
April 1, 2026 — three per cent
Along with wage will increase, adjustments to the worker profit plan embrace the next:
Will increase to paramedical and psychological providers
Will increase in imaginative and prescient care
Will increase in dental care
