Matthew Baumann has simply gained the grand prize of $65,200 in a 50/50 fundraiser for the hospital in Chatham.

In March of final 12 months, he additionally took dwelling $475,000 within the Well being Sciences North 50/50 in Sudbury.

“I have been taking part in quite a lot of hospital 50/50s as a method of giving again and supporting some nice causes in communities throughout Ontario,” Baumann mentioned after his ticket got here up within the Chatham-Kent Well being Alliance Basis’s draw.

“After I obtained the decision, I believed it should have been for one of many Early Birds, and I used to be shocked to be taught I had gained the grand prize.”

Baumann plans to make use of a part of his winnings for a visit to Europe this summer season.
