Fed up with rubbish being dumped alongside roadways and in vacant heaps, one south London resident is preventing again along with his mobile phone.


On Thursday, Allan Tipping was driving alongside Dingman Drive when he noticed a girl tossing trash luggage in his neighbourhood.


“She was throwing garbage out of the vehicle onto the ground,” Tipping recounted. “I caught up to her around the front of the Value Village (on Wellington Road). When I told her to go pick up her garbage her response was, ‘Yeah, yeah, I will.’”


He pulled out his mobile phone and snapped photos of the driving force and her car’s license plate earlier than she drove off— leaving the 5 rubbish luggage of trash within the snow.
