The County of Simcoe applauds the current provincial announcement for the shelter enlargement/encampment response initiative funding and to high up the Canada-Ontario Housing Profit, rising the stream of people from homelessness into housing.

The county believes this funding will assist enhance efforts to maneuver residents who’ve been dwelling “rough,” in encampments, or staying in shelters to extra secure housing outcomes.
