OSHAWA, Ont. — Police in Durham Area say two retirement dwelling workers have been charged with prison negligence after a resident of their care died final 12 months after being locked out of the constructing.

Police say they had been known as on April 1, 2023 to Aspira Traditions of Durham Area in Oshawa, Ont., the place a 79-year-old woman was discovered sitting on a bench exterior with out very important indicators.
