The Frontenac County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are reporting that an incident on an all-terrain automobile (ATV) in North Frontenac Township has resulted within the dying of a younger lady.
Based on police, on Thursday, Oct. 24, 2024, an ATV rollover occurred on Greer Street close to Ardoch in North Frontenac Township. A passerby noticed the overturned ATV within the ditch, after which situated the injured youth, the OPP stated.
At roughly 3:30 p.m., the Frontenac OPP responded to the Greer Street location alongside North Frontenac Hearth Service and Frontenac Paramedics. The youth, a nine-year-old lady from the realm, was pronounced deceased on the scene, the OPP stated in a press launch the next day.
The Frontenac OPP stated they proceed the investigation into the incident, and that the OPP Technical Collision Investigation Staff, a Collision Reconstructionist, the Frontenac OPP Crime Unit, and the Workplace of the Chief Coroner are helping.
