Provincial police are searching for the motive force of a car that allegedly struck a teen in Gravenhurst Monday morning and took off.
Police say the 15-year-old was hit between 8:30 and eight:50 a.m. by a blue four-door automobile within the space of James Road and Muskoka Street South.
Officers say the highschool pupil was crossing from the south/west facet of the intersection when a car turned proper onto Muskoka highway, placing the scholar.
The teenager suffered what police described as minor accidents and was taken to a neighborhood hospital.
