Arcadis (previously IBI Group) designed this 10-storey combined use construction for Lanterra Developments on the southwest nook of Bathurst Road and Glencairn Avenue. The constructing contains 119 condos and lodge suites, in addition to retail area.
$120 million – 1182 King St. W.
This 19-storey mixed-use condominium is being constructed by Lifetime Developments and Poinedale Properties in Toronto’s Little Tibet at King Road West and Dufferin Road. Turner Fleischer Architects designed the construction.

Lash Group of Corporations is constructing this 34-storey combined used residential constructing as a part of the ME Residing condominium growth in Scarborough on the northeast nook of Markham Highway and Briomorton Drive. The allow signifies the constructing can have 331 models.

Considered one of two buildings on the location, this 8-storey retirement rental constructing is being developed by V!VA Retirement Communities. Architect Uncooked Design designed the construction.
