Police say a 47-year-old man has been charged with two counts of second-degree homicide and one depend of tried homicide after two folks have been left deceased and one was critically injured in a sequence of alleged assaults in Kingston, Ont.
Police had mentioned that officers have been referred to as to an encampment close to a protected injection web site and Built-in Care Hub round 10:40 a.m. on Thursday after a report of a critical assault.
They allege a person could have been wielding an edged or blunt weapon, probably each.
Police say the suspect was arrested after officers negotiated with him for a number of hours.
They are saying the person was not dwelling on the encampment, however at a residence close by.
Police say he has been remanded into custody.
The 2 individuals who died have been recognized as 38-year-old Taylor Wilkinson and 41-year-old John Hood.
