A bit of Dunlop Avenue West in downtown Barrie will likely be closed beginning Tuesday as building progresses on a apartment growth.
The Metropolis says the prevailing tower crane throughout the 55 Dunlop Avenue West constructing will likely be eliminated throughout the avenue closure, and the prevailing underground water providers will likely be decommissioned.
From Tues., Oct. 15 till Solar., Oct. 20, Dunlop Avenue West will likely be absolutely closed between Toronto Avenue and Maple Avenue. Moreover, the Dunlop and Mary Avenue intersection will likely be closed throughout this time.
The next week, from Oct. 21 to Oct. 29, Dunlop Avenue West will likely be closed from east of Mary Avenue to Maple Avenue.
As soon as the work is accomplished, Mary Avenue will return to one-way site visitors.
Barrie Transit routes 2 and 8B-SB may also be detoured throughout the highway closure.
