A person has died after he was trapped underneath a steamroller at a piece web site in Whitby, Ont., police say.
The incident occurred round 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, based on Durham Regional Police Service.
Police say they had been referred to as to the realm of Hopkins Avenue and Customers Drive to help an ambulance name. There, they discovered an unconscious man trapped beneath a steam curler.
It’s unclear how the person grew to become trapped beneath the machine.
Emergency crews eliminated the steamroller, police say, and life-saving measures had been taken after emergency personnel could not detect the person’s very important indicators.
Police say the Ministry of Labour is now main an investigation into the incident.
