The Particular Investigations Unit says it has launched an investigation into the capturing after Hamilton cops went to an residence constructing to reply to stories of a person “appearing in a threatening method” on Saturday.
The watchdog says officers have been concerned in an interplay with a person. Two officers fired their weapons and the person was hit.
