A cherished matriarch and beloved grandmother, handed away peacefully simply two days shy of her 94th birthday. She is predeceased by her beloved soulmate David Mallender. She will likely be endlessly beloved by her youngsters Scott, Craig (Katie), Janet (Kell) and daughter-in-law Corrinne. A cherished grandmother to her darlings Maggie, Jordyn, Jenna, Janyne, Jonah, Rebecca, Jessica, Cailey and Michael. A loving “GG” to 9.
Forward of her time, Joan was happy with her profession as a lab technician. She was an lively and vibrant member in her neighborhood in South Windsor the place she and Dave raised their household. Above all, Joan’s biggest delight had been her youngsters and grandchildren filling her life with immense pleasure.
