Police say Jacob Ramjewan, 31, left his dwelling close to East 14th Road and Brucedale Avenue East round 8:40 p.m. final evening.
Ramjewan is described as being 5-foot-8 in peak with a weight of 250 kilos. He has a darkish complexion and quick black hair.
Investigators say Ramjewan was final seen sporting a black costume shirt over a Harley-Davidson T-shirt and was reportedly with out sneakers.
