Voters are heading to the polls throughout Ontario on Monday, Oct. 26, using both in-person and virtual voting options, like online and phone voting, which will close soon.
This municipal election cycle features several closely contested mayoral races.
Mississauga may have one of the most competitive mayoral contests as incumbent Carolyn Parrish faces a strong challenge from former mayor Bonnie Crombie, who’s aiming to reclaim her position after stepping down as Ontario Liberal leader earlier this year.
Check back frequently to see who is leading in the races for mayor, local and regional councillors, and school board trustees – along with links to coverage and important highlights from across Ontario that will be shared here.
