York Regional Police say they’ve arrested a person in reference to a murder investigation after an individual was discovered deceased in a house north of Toronto.
Police say simply earlier than 8:30 a.m. Saturday, officers responded to a check-welfare name at a house in Richmond Hill, Ont., and once they arrived they discovered a deceased grownup.
Police say they won’t launch the individual’s identification till the autopsy has been accomplished and subsequent of kin have been notified.
They are saying that afterward Saturday afternoon, officers positioned and arrested a 23-year-old male suspect in Toronto.
Police spokesperson Lisa Moskaluk says the suspect and the alleged sufferer knew one another and police will not be searching for anybody else.
Moskaluk alleges the incident was focused and there’s no danger to the general public.
