A 54-year-old man is dealing with a number of charges following an assault of an worker early Thursday morning at a Norfolk County Basic Hospital.
Ontario Provincial Police responded to experiences of an assault simply earlier than 1 a.m. to the hospital on West Road in Simcoe.
Officers allege {that a} man had threatened and bodily assaulted a hospital worker after being requested to depart the premises.
Detectives report that the hospital worker was not injured.
Police arrested Gary Hill from Norfolk County and have charged him for assault, uttering threats to trigger dying or bodily hurt and for failing to depart the premises when directed.
Hill is being held in custody and is scheduled to seem at a bail listening to at a Simcoe courthouse at a future date.
