One other faculty in Hamilton is going through violent threats.
The Hamilton-Wentworth Catholic District College Board (HWCDSB) says employees at St. Thomas Extra Catholic Secondary College found on Thursday a message in a boys’ washroom that threatened a bombing on the faculty on Friday.
“Please be assured that the school and school board take threats of any kind extremely seriously and will continue to work closely with Hamilton police to keep our students and staff safe,” stated Principal Brian Daly in an e mail to households.
“Police will have an increased presence in the area. The school administration will remain vigilant.”
Daly stated Hamilton police have been notified and are at present investigating.
This violent message follows a collection of threats at Hamilton faculties this week.
