The household of Ernest Bacon are unhappy to announce his peaceable passing on September 19, 2024 on the age of 90 years outdated. Ernest “Nes” was born and raised in Tecumseh, ON, the final of 9 kids of the late Armand and Emma Bacon.
He’s survived by his cherished spouse of 63 years, Alma (nee Lavin) Bacon. Nes described Alma as his “angel” as she took care of him all through his life.
Devoted father of Yvette (Kevin) McCarthy, Annie (Paul) Lemire, Michael (Diane) Bacon, Pat (Wendy) Bacon, and Lizanne (Dan) Lebedyk. Nes additionally liked Bernadette (Ron) Forfitt like an ‘adopted daughter’.
Loving Pepe to 12 grandchildren and 12 nice grandchildren, plus two on the best way.
Nes liked having guests and making them snigger. He preferred working in his woodshop, making tons of of birdhouses in his last years. Nes loved many winters with Alma in Florida and summers at their trailer. He loved baseball, antiques, golf and sitting outdoors. Principally, he was grateful for his household and mates. He liked seeing all of his grandchildren and nice grandchildren as they made him pleased.

A funeral mass will probably be held at St. Anne’s Parish, 12233 Tecumseh Rd E in Windsor on Monday September 23, 2024 at 11:00am with visitation on the church one hour previous to mass.
