The Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) is asking for the community’s help in finding a missing woman from Oakville.
Kathleen Rand (22) was last seen near Dundas Street West and Third Line in Oakville on the morning of August 13. She does not have a fixed address and often visits the Oakville and Burlington areas.
Kathleen is described as:
Female White Approximately 5’6” tall, 160 pounds Red hair
Both police and her family are worried about her safety.
