A motorcyclist was taken to the hospital after a collision with a car on Highway 401 in Mississauga.
The Ontario Provincial Police arrived at the eastbound express lanes near Winston Churchill Boulevard around 4 p. m. on Monday.
A 53-year-old man is now in the hospital with serious, life-threatening injuries.
It’s unclear if anyone else sustained injuries in the accident.
The eastbound express lanes were closed from Winston Churchill to Mavis Road for several hours, and the investigation is still ongoing.
