Daniel J. Dumouchelle
It’s with an especially heavy coronary heart that we announce the sudden and tragic passing of our beloved Daniel Dumouchelle on August 23, 2024 on the age of 65 years. He was a Son, a Brother, an Uncle and a Cousin to many however his best position was Dad. He was an unimaginable father to Andrew, Erin (Bobby), Sydney and Gavin and a loving, attentive Papa to his grandsons Junior, JJ and Jackson.
A Truck driver most of his life, he spent the final 20 years with Robinson Transport.
Dan shall be remembered by his finest buddies on the golf course the place he spent many a weekend laughing, joking and infrequently hitting the ball “okay”
Dan was a mild big, however a large he was within the bowling group. Dan was the present President of Windsor Essex Chatham Kent Bowling Affiliation in addition to 2nd Vice President of the Ontario Ten Pin Bowling Affiliation (2 yrs). Dan held the place of WECKBA Youth Committee Chairperson for 4 years in addition to the OTBA Youth Committee for two years. He was the founder and Secretary treasurer for the 4 Play League for 20 years.
Dan was most pleased with the Unifor 444 Junior Bowling program the place he spent 33 devoted years constructing youth confidence, sportsmanship, comradery and awarding as many scholarships as he presumably may.
Cremation has taken place. Memorial visitation shall be held at Windsor Chapel Funeral Residence (South Chapel), 3048 Dougall Ave (519-253-7236) on Sunday, September 15, 2024 from 1:00pm to three:00pm and from 6:00pm to 7:00 p.m. A Celebration of Life Service will start at 7:00 p.m.
