Definitions: In these Terms and Conditions “Campaign Organizers” refers to those raising funds, and “Campaigns” as their fundraising campaigns. Additionally, “Donors” means those contributing funds, and “Donations” as their contributions. Campaign Organizers, Donors and other visitors using the Services are collectively referred to as “Users.” The term “Campaign Organizers” shall also include any individual(s) designated as a beneficiary of Campaigns.
Services: The Services act as a platform (the “Platform”) for Users of the Services. Among other features, the Services allow Campaign Organizers to post Campaigns on this Platform in order to accept Donations from Donors. Although there are no fees associated with setting up Campaigns, a portion of each Donation will be deducted as fees for our Services along with those charged by third-party payment processors. Company reserves the right to alter or discontinue our Services either temporarily or permanently without notice. You agree that Company won’t be liable for modifications, suspensions or discontinuation thereof. The Company has no responsibility regarding deletion or failure to store data uploaded by users accessing its services. To access certain features via mobile devices, your standard wireless carrier’s charges, data rates, and other fees may apply. Furthermore, certain aspects may be restricted based on your carrier’s policies, and not all features may work with every device. By using our services, you agree that we may communicate with you through SMS, MMS, text messageor other electronic means on your mobile device regarding Company matters; certain information about how you’re using our services might also be shared.
Charitable Giving: Please note that Campaigns aren’t charities where tax-deductible charitable contributions can be made. Any Donation processed through our Platform may go through an unrelated business partner which incurs a processing fee(in addition to our Front Runner Professional Fee). You understand that Company isn’t a charity nor does it solicit donations on behalf of itself or any third-party charity. Company acts only as a payment facilitator concerning Donations.
Administrative Platform Only: The Services serve merely as an administrative platform. Company facilitates payments between Campaign Organizers and Donors but is not part of agreements between them. Company doesn’t act like a broker, agent, lender , or insurer for users. Company cannot control how campaign organizers behave nor verify what they claim about their campaigns; therefore, we disclaim all liability in this context. We have no responsibility over success rates tied to any given campaign. Donors should determine independently whether they wish to contribute; it’s entirely up to them whether they want ask questions before making Contributions. All Donations happen voluntarily at each Donor’s discretion. Relying upon us doesn’t guarantee anything regarding proper usage once donations are made. Donors must assess how they plan on treating their donations when it comes tax implications.
No Verification of Campaign Information: We don’t check if details supplied by Campaign Organizers are accurate nor do we guarantee Donations would align with intended fundraising purposes declared by them. We assume zero accountability in verifying compliance within applicable laws concerning how donations get used.
Your Registration Obligations: You might need register beforehand before accessing some features offered under Our service if that’s something you’re interested in doing. Should you opt-in during registration process please ensure providing true, current & complete info requested about yourself while filling out form. Campaign organizers must share real identities including names & images meant representing themselves when registering. Such data collected falls under scope governed per terms laid out within Privacy Policy. If less than thirteen years old don’t attempt engaging here either way since it’s prohibited! Also if younger than eighteen acquiring permission from parents/guardians is necessary regardless when registering. Likewise registering might require agreeing separately upon terms laid out via third-party providers(e. g., payment processors), which we’ll help facilitate potentially but hold no obligations towards them beyond facilitating linkages needed between ourselves/third parties involved respectively!
Public Display Of Donations : Donors choose whether publicly displaying donation info allows visibility into respective beneficiaries’ identities. Payment Of Donations : To contribute money toward specific campaigns , donors must provide company detailed credit card particulars(i. e., VISA , Master Card , Discover/American Express )amongst various methods accepted ! Upon providing said information donor affirms authenticity while having authorization rights tied directly linked credit card/payment channels utilized! Minimum amounts set forth apply here so please keep things final post-processing stage intact unless otherwise stipulated amongst mutually agreed arrangements established previously mentioned platforms utilized !!! Each contributor hereby grants authority allowing firm charge respective cards/payments regularly until explicit termination occurs via platforms integrated above mentioned!!!
Fees : Our company doesn’t impose upfront costs against campaigners running fundraising events presently. We retain four percent(4%) from total sum donated although additional percentages deducted correspondingly processed payments owed partners involved therein !! Such adjustments fall within parameters outlined previously categorized under “Processing Fees”. Contributors acknowledge adherence aligning conditions binding partnered companies while acknowledging commitment overall governance structured herein outlining general framework established among fee structures related aforementioned mechanisms accordingly!!
